Stellar's story
Our chosen model for data collection and diagnosis of priorities to work on with each team is the STELLAR MODEL®. I developed and refined this over the last 12 years, and it assists leaders and teams to reach their maximum potential by highlighting their veiw of where they are strong and where they could be stronger.
The STELLAR MODEL® offers a unique framework that acts as a diagnostic tool for evaluating teams, giving insights into their current maturity level and highlighting areas for improvement. With its foundation built on eight key elements, the model offers a holistic perspective of team dynamics, steering teams towards focused growth and development.
By adopting the principles of the STELLAR MODEL® and incorporating its elements into a broader strategy, teams, and coaches can cultivate a productive and harmonious atmosphere.
By challenging and supporting leaders and leadership teams to lead Purposefully, Strategically, Accountably, Decisively, Clearly, Kindly, Vulnerably, and Curiously teams can overcome obstacles and progress toward achieving their goals.
The collaboration with Munu Wuthuga Dardakiin on both the painting of the Stellar Model and the ancient wisdom of leadership for my first book Leading Corporate Clans was and still is one of the proudest moments of my long career. My learning, understanding of and respect for the First Peoples of Australia grew and continues to grow as I am honoured to be welcomes to this land and by this community in the work I do.
